The Resort is also in-front of Ronda Marine Sanctuary; together with the Local Government we are protecting the breeding ground for fish, sea cucumber, and giant clam shells. It has been restoring the numbers of fish in the area for almost years now. We have in-front a 15m swimming area from the shore when the tide is high and it will be our request to our guest not to get shells and to walk inside the marine sanctuary when the tide is low. But it would not be a problem if you would like to swim farther because there are other areas nearby where you may swim. You may also do snorkeling in front with just a small environmental fee per day.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
In case of cancellation, the following cancellation policies will be applicable. We do not honor refunds for cancellation
- cancellation made more than 30 day prior to arrival: You may use your paid deposit whenever you desire on any date most appropriate for you. Your appropriation is valid for One (1) Year. Be aware that the rate could be different in case of rebooking, depending of the date.
- cancellation made between 30 days prior to arrival until departure date: 100% of the total stay amount will be forfeited
In case of illness, that the Guest is physically incapable of going to the resort or other similar situations, that it may become improbable for the Guest to enjoy the resort, you may give your accommodation deposit to another person for the date booked and we will honor it. And you may also request from us to convert it to a Gift Certificate for someone else as a gift from you. Your paid room accommodation is transferable for as long as you coordinate and communicate with us as to your Guest preference.
