Check - In / Check - Out
Check in: No earlier than 4:00 PM. No exceptions unless approved by management prior to arrival date and time. Our check-in procedures are as follows. Guests will be contacted via text the day of arrival with unit #, key location, and any other information needed pertaining to reservation. Please contact the office if you have any questions regarding check-in. Office hours vary and we typically allow self check-ins particularly on late arrivals. Keep in mind most front doors will lock automatically when you shut them so make sure you have key before shutting door during your stay. If you need 2 keys for your unit, please let us know.
Check Out: No later than 10:00 AM No exceptions unless approved by management prior to departure date and time. Our check-out procedures are as follows. Wash and dry any dirty dishes and put away. If this is not possible, please wash dishes and leave in dish strainer to dry. Place wet or used towels in shower or tub. Shut off A/C units, Electric Fireplaces, and space heaters. Place trash outside your unit on patio or porch area. Check to make sure you have packed all personal items and belongings as we are not responsible for personal property left behind. Place all keys to unit(s) on dining table or dresser by 10:00 AM. Make sure entry doors and windows are securely shut.
Missing or Damaged Property
Charges may apply for missing and / or damaged items such as room keys, pillows, blankets, etc. We keep a set amount of towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, kitchenware, etc in each unit. These items need to remain in unit. Please notify management of any damaged or missing items from your unit such as kitchen and / or cookware. Renters are responsible for any damaged or missing items from units and / or premises.
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve and check into a room. Guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at check in. Guests must present a valid photo ID at check in. We reserve the right to copy the guest’s ID for our files.
Personal Items / Room Access
Guests are responsible for their own belongings and personal items at all times. We do not enter your unit during your stay except for emergencies, maintenance issues, or otherwise approved by management. Double G Ranch, LLC management and staff are not responsible or liable for lost or stolen property or personal belonging left behind in a unit. We encourage all renters to make sure all members of their group do a double check to ensure nothing is left behind. It is the guest responsibility to lock all doors and windows each time they depart their unit as well before final departure to ensure nothing was behind. Please secure your items by making sure entry doors and windows are locked when leaving unit during your stay.
Third Party Reservations Policy
All third party reservations are subject to the same policies and terms as listed here in addition to any other Property rules and regulations set forth.
For security reasons, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms of ID include photo ID or passport.
Early Check In Policy
We cannot guarantee early check-ins. Please call the hotel after 9am the day you are scheduled to arrive to request an early check in. Our check-in procedures are as follows. Guests will be contacted via text the day of arrival with unit #, key location, and any other information needed pertaining to reservation. Please contact the office for more information.
Late check-outs can be requested but are not guaranteed. Courtesy late- check outs are extended until noon if available and must be approved by management. Charges will apply for late check outs at discretion of management. Please contact the office directly for more information.
Double G Ranch, LLC owners, management, and staff are not responsible for missing, stolen, or damaged property. This includes personal belongings left behind in units as well as vehicles, boats, and trailers parked on property.
Accidents / Injuries
Double G Ranch, LLC is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
Noise/Disturbance and Parties
Management reserves the right to charge a noise disturbance fee if compensation is given to other guests due to noise. Guests will be asked to leave if causing disturbance to others. No parties or large gatherings are allowed in units. We have an Event Center available if you have a need for large space to host a special event. Fees and availability can be discussed with the manager.
Due to continued and ongoing damage, pet waste on property, noise and inappropriate pet interaction with other guests, we do not allow pets in the hotel or on the grounds.
Billing, Contracted and Long Term Rates Policy
Double G Ranch, LLC does not offer monthly or extended stay options or rates. Maximum length of stay is 21 consecutive nights
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit Cards will be charged the day of arrival for the amount of your stay. The authorization of cleaning fees and any damage deposits will hold the funds until check out at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged.
Debit card users should be aware that when using a debit card, it will be pre-authorized for room and tax for the entire length of your stay.
A pre-authorization placed on a debit or credit card will reflect as an actual charge on your account and may take your bank up to 14 days to release the funds back into your account. To avoid this type of situation, it’s recommended you use a credit card. The hotel does not have the power to release authorizations.
Cash Payment Policy
Cash paying guests must settle room charge and taxes upon check in and with the approval of management.
In addition a minimum $200 incidental deposit is required. It will be returned upon inspection of the room after check out.
Deposit Policy Cash-paying guests (without credit cards) must produce photo identification and a $200 security deposit which is refundable upon room inspection and the room is found to be free of physical or noise damages to other guests.
For prepaid reservations, the credit card used to make a reservation will be charged on the day of arrival.
Reservations must be cancelled within the designated cancellation period. We require 14 days notice on all Units. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will have a fee that is equivalent to one night rental charged as a cancellation fee. ALL cancelled reservations will have a $25 processing fee charged.
Smoking Policy - All guest rooms and public areas are smoke-free. This include the swimming pool area. and pavilion area. A $300 smoking fee will be assessed to any guest who violates the smoking policy. We reserve the right to charge additional fees if we incur additional cleaning, deodorizing or damage expenses due to a guest smoking in a room
We only allow Coast Guard Approved water flotation devices. Blow up pool toys and arm wings are not allowed. Pets are not allowed inside pool area. Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We are not responsible for items left behind in or around pool area. Guests should bring their own beach or pool towels for use at the pool. Do not bring room towels to the pool area or take to the lake.
Smoking is not allowed in the fenced pool area.
Food and drinks (including alcoholic drinks) are not allowed in pool area. The exception to this rule is that plastic water bottles are allowed. Please dispose of water bottles appropriately when finished.
Any person under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present at all times in the pool area. We do not have lifeguards on duty.
All illegal activities, such as, but not limited to; drugs being brought onto the premises, minor alcohol consumption & theft will be reported to the police and may result in the customer being asked to leave. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred by the hotel.
Quiet Time starts at 10:30 pm. In order to serve you better, and to satisfy the expectation of a quiet night’s sleep for all our guests, please be aware that our quiet hours are from 10:30 pm until 7:00 am. Any excess disturbance following a warning during the above mentioned time period will result in a $50 charge to your room plus applicable taxes. For security purposes and to avoid accidental intrusion by other guests, we request all guest room doors remain securely closed at all times.
Noise / Disturbance Policy
Excessive noise from the property and rooms profoundly affects the comfort level of other guests in the hotel. If a guest continually affects the comfort level of others guests in and/or outside of their room, the on-duty-manager is authorized to check out the guest after the second warning is issued. Toys, equipment or activities that have a tendency to produce abundant noise or disturbances are NOT permitted in units. Likewise, horseplay will not be tolerated throughout the common areas.
There will be no housekeeping services during your stay. We encourage guests to reuse towels when possible. A towel exchange may be requested from housekeeping staff. Please let them know in the morning and they will arrange for an exchange of the same number of towels turned in.
We encourage guests to enjoy the use of the Pavilion and BBQ Grills. Do not remove grills from Pavilion area. Please clean grills after use and dispose of trash in outdoor trash cans under Pavilion. All grills take charcoal. Guests will need to supply charcoal and lighter fluid. If you need any grill tools such as a grill brush, metal tongs, or aluminum pans, please let us know.
