2. De no realizar el cambio o cancelación en el tiempo y forma antes mencionada, o en caso de no presentarse el Huésped en la fecha de entrada, se hará el cargo de "No Show".
3. Toda reserva deberá ser garantizada mediante tarjeta de crédito a nombre del Huésped o depósito por una cantidad igual al monto total a pagar por la estancia. En caso de que dicha reserva no se garantice, el Hotel no estará obligado a respetar la reserva. .El Hotel realizará una pre-verificación con el banco emisor de la tarjeta de crédito 24 horas antes de la llegada del huésped. En caso de no ser aprobada dicha pre-verificación, la reservación se considerara como No garantizada y el Hotel no estará obligado a respetar la estancia de la misma.
4. La tarjeta de crédito proporcionada al realizar la reservación, únicamente servirá como garantía, por lo que, al realizarse el registro del check in del Huésped, éste deberá proporcionar la forma de pago correspondiente. En pagos con tarjeta de crédito o débito, el tarjeta-habiente deberá presentar su tarjeta bancaria e identificación oficial con fotografía.
5. En estancias de más de una noche, si el huésped no se presenta al Hotel en la fecha y hora establecidas para el registro del chek in, se aplicará el cargo de "No Show" solo por la primera noche de habitación reservada más impuestos a la tarjeta de crédito con la que se garantizó la reservación. El resto de la estancia se cancelará automáticamente.
