All our tariffs offer very flexible cancellation terms. Should you wish to cancel your reservation you must contact Torland reception by 14.00 on the day 24 hours priorto arrival. Cancellation after this time will incur a minimum charge of 1 night accommodation.
The TORLAND Hotel is not responsible for any local lockdown restrictions put in place by the government. We suggest those concerned book on flexible rates which allow for cancellations up to 24 hours before check in.

ROOM RATES
Room rates listed are on a per room per night bases. All rates are inclusive of taxes.
CHECK IN
Check in time is 14.00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must bevacated by 11.00 on the day of departure. Late check outs will only beaccommodated if rooms are available and a charge may apply. Upon arrival to the hotel, we reserve the right to request apre-authorisation with a credit card.
SUPPLEMENT
To upgrade your room type a supplement may apply and will bebased on per room per night increase.
LIABILITIES
Please safeguard your property. The hotel will not acceptany liability for loss of or damage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons. Unless the Company is liable as referred to you will indemnify the Company from and against any and all liability for loss of ordamage to property or death or illness of or injury to persons and against any and all claims, costs, demands, proceedings and damages arising there from as a result of the event. You are advised to consider your insurance cover in respect of above.
PARKING
There are 12 parking spaces in total - 5 at the front of the hotel and 7parking bays at the rear parking area. All guests and visitors must make surethey park within the lines and occupy only 1 space per car.
