Vista Las Olas Surf Resort (VLO) is a beach-front, secluded and private getaway that overlooks the beautiful Pacific Ocean, right next to “Las Flores” Point-break, located at Playa Las Flores, El Cuco, on the eastern coast of El Salvador, 2 hours from the capital city of San Salvador in the region of San Miguel. Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Please email all cancelations to vlo@grupolasolas.com.
- All depoostis are NONREFUNDABLE 24 hours after booking confirmation.
- If the reservation is confirmed with a 50% deposit and the guest chooses to cancel within the 24 hour period, a credit card transaction fee of 10% will be deducted from the total deposit refund.
- Reservations can be rescheduled for future dates at no additional charge if we are notified more than 72 hours prior to the date of your reservation, subject to availability at the hotel.
- If a reservation is cancelled 72 hours prior to the reservation date, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged and the guest can use the deposit as credit for a future stay. The cancellation fee applies to the total price of the reservation.
- Reservations can be cancelled and modified once.
- If the Reservation is cancelled a second time, the Reservation credit (original deposit) will not be considered valid for future use.
- Reservation deposit will not be refunded if cancelled after check-in or no-show.
- If the guest does not show up for the reservation or cancels the day of the reservation date , the remaining 50% will be charged to complete the payment of the total reservation. No credit will be issued for a future date.
Terms and Conditions
- 50% of the total amount is required as a deposit and to guarantee the reservation.
- The remaining 50% can be paid at any time prior to arrival or at check-in at the hotel.
- Additional services, including romantic dinners and romantic decoration packages, must be paid in full 5 days prior to the guest's reservation date.
- No refunds will be given if the service is cancelled without a minimum of 3 days notice prior to the day of the reservation.
- If the reservation included one of the additional services mentioned above and it is cancelled the same day of check-in, no credit will be issued for a repeat of this service for a later date.
- The hotel will not allow under any circumstances the use of the hotel facilities to persons without a room reservation
- The hotel allows guests of persons with reservations at the hotel to use the restaurant area for breakfast, lunch or dinner service only. The facilities of the hotel are reserved for the exclusive use of the guests staying a minimum of one night.
- Persons without a registered room reservation are prohibited from using the facilities.
- Check-in time: 3:00 pm Check-out time: 12:00 pm.
- Early check-in is permitted before 3:00 pm, our usual check-in time, starting at 12:00 noon.
- The hotel does not allow early check-in to the hotel premises before 12:00 noon.
- If you arrive at the hotel before check-in time (12-3 pm) we will provide you with a safe place to store your luggage or surfboards, so that you can enjoy the facilities while check-in time arrives.
- The hotel allows guests with a room reservation to use the facilities until 2 pm, at the latest, after room check-out at 12 pm.
- The hotel does not allow use of the facilities after 2 PM.
- No alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages, bottles, food or external coolers are allowed.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- We will hold forgotten guest items for a maximum of 30 days following check-out, after which unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated, and the hotel will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal items left unattended.
