Copper King Extended Stay (“Copper King”) is not responsible for valuables left in your room. Smoking is prohibited inside all facilities of the Copper King, including rooms with a balcony (a $500 fine will be applied for smoking in a ANY room.) Smoking is allowed outside only in designated smoking areas.
You authorize us to place a hold against your credit or debit card to guarantee any and all charges and, in the event that you do not settle your account upon your departure, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what you owe. Regardless of billing or master account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for all damages to the room(s) caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay.
Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or applicable law to the contrary, you also agree that Copper King (including without limitation the owners of the Copper King and all employees, agents, contractors, or affiliates of the Copper King, all of which are referred to collectively as the "Copper King") will not be liable for loss of use, property damage, personal injury, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, unless the loss is caused by the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Copper King. In no case shall the Copper King be responsible for any loss or damage that has been subject to neglect, accident, fire, flood, lightning, weather, vandalism, acts of God, misuse, misapplication, or external damage. Without limiting the foregoing, to the fullest extent permitted by law you agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Copper King from any loss or liability (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting from any claim, demand, suit, or cause of action attributable to bodily injury or property damage caused by any act or omission on your part or on the part of your guests/invitees unless arising from the gross negligence or willful acts of the Copper King.
