Reservations made through a third party are not eligible for refunds. For reservations made through Hotel Frisco, the following are our cancellation policies:
- For reservations in the winter season (November through mid-April), if you cancel more than 21 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a refund of 50% of your stay. Reservations canceled within 21 days of check-in are not eligible for refunds.
- For reservations outside of the winter season (mid-April through October), if you cancel up to 48 hours before your check-in date, you may cancel without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your check-in date, we will refund 50% of your stay.

- For the security of our guests, Hotel Frisco employs digital key code entry to the hotel itself and the guest rooms.
- Hotel Frisco is pet-friendly. Pets are allowed for the entire stay with a $75 fee (tax included).
- Hotel Frisco is 100% non-smoking. A $250 per day fee will be assessed after departure if a room is found to have been smoked in.
- Be aware that parking is prohibited on Frisco streets from 2 am to 6 am, and the city will tow vehicles.
- Hotel guest parking is available in the rear of the hotel for $15 per night. You can purchase parking along with your reservation, where you will also enter your vehicle information.
- RESERVATION GUARANTEE POLICY: The entirety of your stay will be charged to your credit card 3 days prior to your arrival.
