Booking & Payment Policies:
-Your credit card details have been collected to secure your reservation only and you will be required to pay all accommodation upon arrival (dorm rooms only).
-Deluxe Queen room bookings will be charged the equivalent of the first night rate 48 hours prior to arrival.
-You may pay with MasterCard or Visa at the property.
-We are a cashless business, cash is not accepted at reception or the bar.
-The number of nights pre-booked must be paid for on arrival.
-Once checked-in, your reservation is non-refundable.
-All taxes are included within the room rate.
-You must present a valid passport or driver's license at check-in, failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.
Group bookings
Please note bookings of 4+ more guests are considered a group booking and fall under separate terms & conditions. You will be contacted shortly after booking by the property with a group booking form and the terms & conditions.
Cancellation Policies:
-In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of your arrival your credit card will be charged 1 night's rate per person, this is non-refundable.
-Any changes to your reservation must be agreed with the property prior to checking in.
-If you do not arrive for your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled.
Christmas & NYE bookings:
All bookings between the 22nd December - 8th January (inclusive) are subject to separate terms & conditions. 50% payment is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due by 1st December 2024. You will be contacted shortly after booking with further details from Bounce Noosa. Payment can be made by bank transfer or the credit card nominated at the time of booking. Failure to respond to Bounce Noosa's communications within 7 days will result in cancellation. All bookings during this time are non-refundable.
We have a licensed bar on site, and so you may not consume your own alcohol in the property at any time. Failure to comply to this will result in immediate removal from the property.
