Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions
1.1. These Regulations specify the terms and conditions of reservation and short-term rental services of premises available in the C&J Hugossons offer. As part of the short-term house rental service, C&J Hugossons undertakes to provide the Client with access to the House, and the Client undertakes to pay remuneration and comply with the rules set out in these Regulations.

1.2. Before making a reservation, the Customer is obliged to read the Regulations. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting its content.
1.3 Customer – a guest, a person (over 18 years of age) or a legal person who is a party to a short-term house rental agreement or expressing a willingness to use C&J Hugossons services by booking a selected house;
2. Check-in and check-out
2.1 The hotel day starts at 5 p.m. on the day the stay begins in accordance with the Reservation (check-in) and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day the stay ends in accordance with the Reservation (check-out).
2.2 On the day of check-out, the Customer is obliged to leave the keys on the table in the House and leave the house open and inform us by call or sending email.
2.3 C&J Hugossons reserves the right to refuse to provide the Apartment and cancel the Reservation to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving aggressively and posing a direct threat to other people and property. C&J Hugossons may refuse to release the House to Customers who grossly violated the Regulations during their previous stay, including those who have outstanding payments.
2.4 Before check-out, C&J Hugossons reserves the right to check the technical condition of the House. If damage is found during the Customer's stay, the Customer is obliged to cover the repair costs in full no later than on the day of check-out.
3. Client's obligations while staying at the Home:
3.1 The client undertakes to use the house only for tourist or recreational purposes and may not sublease or use the apartment free of charge to any third parties.
3.2 Immediately after check-in, the Customer should report any irregularities found in the house. Otherwise, the Customer may be charged with the costs of repairing the identified damage.
3.3 There is night silence on the property from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. In the event of failure to comply with generally accepted norms of social coexistence or disturbing the peace of neighbours, C&J Hugossons reserves the right to immediately terminate the Reservation with immediate effect, without the obligation to refund the costs for the unused period of stay.
3.4 Organizing any events in the House is prohibited. In the event of breaking the ban on organizing events, the Landlord reserves the right to immediately terminate the Reservation without the obligation to refund the costs for the unused period of stay.
3.5 Smoking tobacco, stimulants and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the House. In the event of failure to comply with the prohibition, C&J Hugossons may charge an additional fee of 5,000 SEK, which does not limit C&J Hugossons' right to claim compensation on general terms.
3.6 The Customer is obliged to maintain and return the House in an intact condition, apart from wear and tear resulting from normal use. On the day of departure, guests of the Apartment are obliged to throw away their garbage into the containers located outside the building.
3.7 C&J Hugosson is not responsible for items left at home. Any return of found items is possible only at the customer's expense.
3.8 C&J Hugosson or another designated person has the right to enter the House to repair a failure or in the event of a reasonable suspicion that the Customer is violating the provisions of the Regulations.
3.9 Customers are obliged to properly secure the House, which means carefully closing the entrance doors and windows each time they leave it and carefully storing the keys without access to them by unauthorized persons. It is prohibited to remove any items from the House. Customers are obliged to take care of the rented House, including turning off unnecessary lighting, turning off the water, and not removing information posted on the door of the House.
3.10 The client may invite his guests after prior notice and C&J Hugossons. Guests can stay in the hotel (both in the common areas and the rooms) until 10 p.m. After this time, night silence applies, so all meetings should end, and only registered people should stay on the property.
4. Pets allowed
4.1 The owner is obliged to clean up after his animal throughout the facility.
4.2 The customer is fully responsible for the animal's stay and any damage caused by it, particularly for cleaning carpets, armchairs, and sofas from hair or removing unpleasant odours.
4.3 If, on the day of check-out, the condition of the Apartment makes it impossible for additional people to stay, the Client will be charged a fine of twice the price per night of the house.
5. Responsibility
5.1 C&J Hugossons is not responsible for any inconvenience caused during your stay related to:
- Construction or finishing works carried out in and around the facility where the Apartment is located;
- Interruption of the supply of utilities for reasons beyond the control of C&J Hugossons;
- Noise from neighbouring properties.
5.2 C&J Hugosson is not responsible for the loss or damage of a vehicle left by the Customer in a parking lot.
5.3 The client is obliged to report any damage caused during his stay immediately and to cover its equivalent immediately. The Client is also fully liable for damage caused by persons staying in the Apartment with his consent or knowledge. If the damage prevents further rental, the Customer is additionally financially responsible for each day excluded from the rental, in the amount of twice the current price for a given House.
5.4 If the damage exceeds the value of the penalty or additional fee specified in these Regulations, C&J Hugossons is entitled to demand compensation on general terms.
