- Check out: 11:00 hours. D epartures after-hours may apply additional charges.
- From the moment of your reservation a charge will be made to the registered card, for the amount of the first night per capsule. In case the charge cannot be processed by the bank, your reservation will be automatically canceled and the capsules will be released.
- The charge will be reflected in the name of Yellow Capsule, its abbreviation, PayPal, or according to the payment method selected.
- The published rates DO NOT INCLUDE TAXES: 16% IVA and 5% Lodging Tax. Taxes will be shown separately in the breakdown of your reservation.
- Please note: during the check-in you will be asked for a $500 MXN DEPOSIT IN CASH to guarantee your capsule card and locker bracelet.
This deposit will entirely be returned to you at your checkout, once we get these items back with no damage or loss. - There is also an environmental sanitation tax of $76.00 MXN per night, we need to charge by law at your arrival. Both of these payments must be done in cash.
- For the use of the TV inside your capsule we recommend you to bring with you your wired headphones, or you can also buy some for $35 MXN at the front desk.
- If you cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your arrival date, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded to your card used to pay the reservation.
- If you cancel or modify your reservation after that period or do No-show, you will not be entitled to a refund.
- We only host adults and children 12 years and older.
