Partial Charge - Equivalent to the First Night Stay for each bed/room booked on the reservation - If cancelled within 5 days of the arrival date you will be charged the first bed/room night of your booking. This applies from 15:00 5 days prior to checking in.
Any cancellations or amendments made after 15:00 local time (GMT+8) 5 day prior to the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the first (1st) nights stay for each bed or room booked under the reservation. This will be charged to the guests credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
NO-SHOWS & EARLY CHECK-OUTS NO SHOWS will be charged the first night and if applicable second night accommodation rate for each bed/room to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Early Check-outs will be charged the first night accommodation rate for each bed/room to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation if the new check-out day falls within 24 hours of the day the request is made.
CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS Should it be necessary to cancel or amend your reservation, to avoid a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation please contact us latest by 15:00 local time (GMT+8) 5 days before arrival.
Please note that changes may result in a rate change depending on the current rate and availability at the time of change.
OTHER REQUESTS Requests for specific bed types and or dorm preferences will be accommodated subject to availability on the planned arrival date.

Things to Note
1. Our Nunu reception is open between the hours of 07:00 until 22:00.
If arriving before 07:00am or after 22:00pm please do send us a Watsapp message so we can be sure to have a staff member waiting for you.
Early or late check in fee is chargeable at 100,000rp
2. Payment is due in full upon arrival and prior to check-in. Cash and credit card payments accepted.
Should payment not be made. You will not be able to stay.
Should you 'NO SHOW' you will be charged by reception for your first night and if applicable second night stay.
The 3% standard card payment fee Nunu will cover for you :)
3. Prices direct are inclusive of 10% government taxes and 11% service charge fees.
Standard Taxes and service are charged upon check-in at the property. Service is optional and can be declined should the guest not be happy with the service at the end of their stay.
4. Bookings will automatically be cancelled in the event of a no-show by 22:00pm unless otherwise notified beforehand.
5. Airport transfers are available upon request for 350,000 IDR.
If needed, please send an email or WhatsApp message providing us with your full name, flight number, arrival time and date
6. We would request that guests do not make noise after 23:00pm as we are in a peaceful and quiet area. Other guests may also be sleeping.
7. Please check in at our main reception. Follow the murals down our drive way, down the ramp and through the main gates. The reception can be found across the bridge on the right.
8. Guests are required to show their passport to us on arrival. We will take a copy of this for yours and other guests security.
9. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
10. Our Pool operating times are 07:00-21:00. We would kindly ask you follow the out of service pool signage as we usually clean the pools throughout the night and early morning. Nunu will not be held responsible for any injury to yourself or others. You use our facilities at your own risk.
11. Motorbike/scooter parking and rental is available from Nunu Bali. We offer rentals from a third party from 90,000rp upward depending on the type of rental vehicle. GRAB and GOJEK are also available to guests from Nunu Bali. Please allow additional time for pickup.
12. Any outside visitors must be signed in to reception when entering the premises with you. Any unauthorised outside visitors who not paying for in-house classes or staying at Nunu Bali will be asked to leave the premises.
Any loss/damages caused by outside visitors with yourself, will be charged to your bed/room.
13. Nunu Bali will not be held responsible for any personal injury or loss or damages whilst on our premises.
