WE DO NOT HAVE A TRADITIONAL FRONT DESK., therefore liken your stay to that of a VRBO or Airbnb Self Check-in accommodation location. We try and run as automated as possible, but should you have any issues during your stay our 24/7 on call personnel is always available to assist you. See our website for additional details. Late check-out (after 11:00 AM and before 2:26 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation (REFUND) Policy: Reservations must be canceled more than 7 days prior to check-in date in order to receive a full refund. Reservation canceled 6 days’ notice or less (up to 24 hours) will not be charged the remaining balance due. However, the 30% deposit will be held. Cancellations within 24-hour notice will be charged in full for the first night of the stay and no refunds will be given past this cutoff date. If amount for a single night stay is less than the initial 30% deposit the deposit will be kept in full in lieu of the first nights charges. No refunds will be issued due to weather/road conditions, flight cancelations, family emergencies or unexpected illness.

Virtual, Credit/Debit Card/Security Deposit Agreement: Renter acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following:
- I understand Four Corners Hotel LLC DBA Wapiti Lodge requires a valid credit card on file as a "virtual" security deposit (Visa, MC, Amex or Discover).
-I authorize Four Corners Hotel LLC DBA Wapiti Lodge to apply extra charges against this card up to $500.00 USD for damage, loss, or failure to abide by rental policies. (Charges will be assessed if excessive cleaning or repair is required upon guest departure or if guest does not abide by hotel policies.), Evidence of indoor smoking of any kind, use of firearms, fireworks, unapproved over-occupancy, or unapproved pets will result in a charge of up to $500.00 USD.
-I agree to check in after 3:00PM and depart by 11:00AM on check-out date stated herein. I understand that any guest who does not depart as agreed may be charged for an additional night(s), unless and until advance arrangements have been made with management.
-I understand that Four Corners Hotel LLC DBA Wapiti Lodge is not responsible for any of my, or my groups, valuable's or personal item's left unattended on property. I further understand and agree that I am personally liable for missing contents from the property / charges and/or damages incurred during your stay.
-I hereby waive and release Four Corners Hotel LLC DBA Wapiti Lodge from any claim by, or injury, to me, my guests and/or my personal property, except any such claim or injury resulting from 'their' gross negligence.
-I understand that the use and enjoyment of the room, facilities, and any other features of the property are at my own risk.
