LODGING POLICIES

SELF CHECK-IN:
We are a full self check-in property. The day before your arrival, you will receive a text AND an email with all the necessary information you need for a successful self check-in.

CHECK-OUT TIME:

Check-out: 11:00 AM. No exceptions.

FEATHER ALLERGIES:

If you have an allergy to feathers and wish for them to be removed from your room, you must notify us 48 hours in advance so we can accommodate.

CITY NOISE ORDINANCE:
The City of Carlsbad has a noise ordinance starting at 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Please respect other guests and our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

PARKING:
There is 1 unassigned parking space for each room on property. This includes the 2 spots in front of the garage doors (please pull all the way up as to not block other cars in) as well as the spot in the second driveway off to the left hand side on the curb (the driveway that leads into the covered carport).

CANCELLATIONS:

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. 2 days or less, charges will apply.

EXTRA CLEANING FEE CHARGE:

Absolutely No Smoking inside rooms; however you may smoke outside.

We do not allow pets.

$200 cleaning fee charge if either rule is broken.
