Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 11:00 AM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
Wanderstay Boutique Hotel has a 72-hour (3-day) cancellation policy. Guests who cancel 72-hours (3 days) BEFORE their check-in date will not be charged for any nights and your deposit will be refunded.
Guests who cancel AFTER the 72-hour window, or no-shows, will be charged the entire reserved stay.

FULL VENUE RENTALS:
For full venue rentals, we charge a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit at the time of booking. The remaining non-fundable balance is due 7 days before your check-in date. If the balance is not paid, the booking will be cancelled with no refund.
Terms and Conditions
All Guests must be 18+. All guests are required to provide valid identification.
Staff Check-In is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. You MAY arrive after 8pm as long as you reach out to us before your arrival date and complete our after-hours form.
Check out is at 10am. We ask that all guests be out of their rooms (with their belongings) before 10am in order to prepare the room for our next round of wanderers. If you need an extra hour, you may let our front desk know. There is a $15 fee for a 11am check-out.
Dog Policy. Only our Standard rooms are dog friendly. Dog must be 20lbs or less, potty drained, not at all aggressive, and not a huge indoor barker. Dogs can not be left unattended in the room under any circumstance. Dogs are not allowed in the kitchen, lobby, or other common spaces, besides your assigned room. We do offer dog beds.
Valid ID + Non-registered Guests Policy. Valid ID matching the reservation holder name and the credit or debit card used to pay is required. Reservations cannot be made on the behalf of others. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. For the safety of guests, we do not allow visitors.
No smoking allowed anywhere inside of our property.
Payment Policy:
At the time of your reservation, your first night will be charged immediately. If you booked a non-refundable rate, your entire stay will be collected the day of your booking. We reserve the right to charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount at any time after the reservation is made. If the card is invalid or if the card is declined we will reasonably attempt to contact you to remedy the situation. If the situation cannot be corrected the reservation will be released/cancelled.
Wanderstay Boutique Hotel IS A CASHLESS PROPERTY. (We accept all major debit/credit cards) The hotel reserves the right to refuse any patron at any time for any reason. No refunds are issued for shortening stays, and if a guest is asked to leave the property, the remainder of their reservation will not be refunded.
Damage to or Loss of Property
Guests are responsible for damage or loss they cause to the property. All damaged property will be assessed and charged to parties responsible. Wanderstay Boutique Hotel does not assume responsibility for any guest's belongings before, during, and after your stay.
