Check-in/Check-out Policies
This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Late Check-out Hour: 11:00 AM
Late Check-out Fees: $15.00
Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 11:00 AM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
1. If you booked a non-refundable rate, the entire reservation amount is taken at the time of your booking. Non-refundable rates are non-refundable. No exceptions.
2. If you booked a standard rate, you will be charged your first night at the time of your booking and the balance will be charged the morning of your check-in.
3. If you cancel your standard rate reservation 3 days or more before the date of your arrival, you may receive your first night payment back and will not be charged for your booking. Cancelations are only accepted via email at Reservations.EADO@WanderstayHotels.com.
4. If you are celebrating a special event such as a birthday or anniversary, we offer room decoration packages. You give us a call or send an email to add this service to your booking.
5. If you're hosting a small event for 30 people or less, inquire today about renting our entire space.
6. Our check in desk closes at 8pm, if you plan to arrive after that time, please contact us the morning of your reservation or sooner to set up an after hours check-in.
Terms and Conditions
All Guests must be 18+. All guests are required to provide valid identification.
Staff Check-In is from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. You MAY arrive after 8pm as long as you reach out to us before your arrival date and complete our after-hours form.
Check out is at 10am. We ask that all guests be out of their rooms (with their belongings) before 10am in order to prepare the room for our next round of wanderers. If you need an extra hour, you may let our front desk know. There is a $15 fee for a 11am check-out.
Dog Policy. Only our Standard rooms are dog friendly. Dog must be 20lbs or less, potty drained, not at all aggressive, and not a huge indoor barker. Dogs can not be left unattended in the room under any circumstance. Dogs are not allowed in the kitchen, lobby, or other common spaces, besides your assigned room. We do offer dog beds. There is a 2 dog max policy per room and a daily fee of $25/night per dog.
Valid ID + Non-registered Guests Policy. Valid ID matching the reservation holder name and the credit or debit card used to pay is required. Reservations cannot be made on the behalf of others. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. For the safety of guests, we do not allow visitors.
No smoking allowed anywhere inside of our property.
Wanderstay Boutique Hotel IS A CASHLESS PROPERTY. (We accept all major debit/credit cards) The hotel reserves the right to refuse any patron at any time for any reason. No refunds are issued for shortening stays, and if a guest is asked to leave the property, the remainder of their reservation will not be refunded.
Damage to or Loss of Property
Guests are responsible for damage or loss they cause to the property. All damaged property will be assessed and charged to parties responsible. Wanderstay Boutique Hotel does not assume responsibility for any guest's belongings before, during, and after your stay.
