Terms and Conditions
The Rosemount Inn is privately owned. Management reserves the right to refuse service and is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables or theft or damage to vehicle. The registered guest acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for damages to the room, property, linens and contents and loss of any items therefrom.
We do not allow smoking or vaping on our property. A minimum $300 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if we find evidence of smoking, use of candles, massage oils or sprinkled flower petals or any other damage to contents in your guestroom or common areas. Any and such damages and/or missing items shall be determined solely by Rosemount Inn management and is an additional charge to be included in the account of the registered guest even after check out.
Pursuant to the Innkeepers Act, personal goods of the registered guest will be held by Rosemount Inn as lien against any outstanding account for accommodations, inclusive of any damages and or missing items as aforementioned. The inn is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles while on property.
Lost keys are subject to a $30 charge.
