Property and Cancellation Policies :
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we request that you notify us fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
For any cancellation made less than fourteen (14) days in advance your 50% non-refundable deposit will be considered the cancellation fee.
For any cancellation made within 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a full 100% charge for room, taxes and fees.
Terms and Conditions
This hotel is 100% smoke free and does not allow cigarette smoke or any other vapor producing product in our hotel. If there is physical evidence, smell of smoke or other smoke producing products found in my guest room during my stay or after I check out, I will be liable for a $250 penalty fee. I have read and understand the hotel's 100% smoke free policy. Additional fines may be imposed on you by the local authorities should the fire alarm be triggered from your room.
This hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewels, or other valuables, and a safe deposit box is available upon request at the reception desk. The Hotel is not responsible for contents left in your room or vehicle on property. The property is not responsible for unclaimed items after more than 14 days from the date it was turned in.
You will be held liable for any items missing from the room after your departure.
You will be held personally liable for any damage to the room and charges incurred thereafter.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Check-in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs must be requested the morning of departure and are subject to availability. If your room has not been vacated by 11am on your departure date, you may be charged a late check-out fee equivalent to a half-day's room and tax; check-outs past 2pm may be subject to a full nights room and tax.
Must be 21 yrs or older. You are required to provide a valid form of identification and a major credit card to hold the full amount of your stay's expected room and tax charges, plus an additional $50 per stay for incidental charges. Although the hotel will release any unused portion of these funds upon check out, it may take up to 30 days for your bank to return these funds to your account. Upon completion of a reservation, a confirmation number is supplied to the guest via telephone or email.
A Resort Fee of $15 per room, per night, plus tax will be applied to your stay and includes a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, complimentary hi-speed wifi, complimentary snacks and beverages in our curated guest galleys located on each guest floor, complimentary parking (first come, first serve) and on the weekends Friday/Saturday, it includes a complimentary social hour hosted by our General Manager from 5p-6p.
Guests are issued a classic metal key upon check in for guest room entry. This key is to be returned to the front desk upon check out. Failure to return the key, or lost and misplaced keys will result in a $75 replacement fee.
Complimentary on site parking available first come first serve basis. There is a designated pickup and drop off area within the on-site lot. There is also conveniently located overflow municipal parking available within a short distance. Please call or text message the property directly to answer any questions.
Our Queen and King rooms can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 guests. Our double double room can accommodate up to 4 guests. For each additional guest over 2 adults there is a $250 fee per person.
Pets are allowed in designated rooms only, and arrangements to secure a Pet-Friendly room must be arranged with the property directly, by calling (631) 333-2777. Pet-Friendly accommodations will not be guaranteed without direct conversation with the property. One pet per room, must be under 25 lbs. A Non-Refundable $60 Pet Fee will apply to the reservation.
