Property and Cancelation Policies :
2. If the guest cancels more than 30 days in advance, the total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
- If the guest cancels less than 30 days in advance, the prepayment is non-refundable.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable.
- There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest must send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: harborbreezevillas@gmail.com
- All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been canceled.
Terms and Conditions
1. General
Please be considerate to your neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, such that it does not disturb neighbors especially after midnight, and do not exceed the number of people registered.
2. Pets:
Are we pet friendly? You bet! A maximum of one pet is allowed per room. No charge. Just make sure your furry friends do their business in the designated area and stay on a leash when outside the room. No rogue poppers/cats and, sorry … no pets in the lobby or pool areas (that’s the health department’s call and we’ve got to heed their rules). Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms at any time.
3. Smoking Policy
Harbor Breeze Villas & Resort is a non-smoking property. This applies to both traditional smoking methods and all electronic delivery systems, including vapes, vaporizers, vape pens, hookah pens, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes or e-cigs), e-pipes, and any variations of the foregoing regardless of the product’s name. Any smoking in the rooms or strong lingering smoking scents in rooms will result in a disappointed look and a $250.00 room cleaning fee. No lighting Candles!
4. Damage
Please keep the property and all furniture fittings, effects, facilities, equipment and grounds in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of your holiday, and in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Guest would be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage to the property.
5. Cleaning
Housekeeping service will be provided every other day. Additional linens and towels can also be provided upon request. If you wish not to have housekeeping, please leave a "do not disturb" sign on the door and contact the office to reschedule.
Villas are to be cleaned upon request with a fee of $75.00 one bedrooms and $150.00 for the 2-bedroom villas (brooms, mops, cleaning supplies are provided in your villa)
6. Children
Children are considered 12yrs old and under. Therefore, all guest 12yrs old and above will be charged room rate.
7. Pool
There is an infinity pool on site, please be considerate of other guest that may be lounging on the deck by not diving into the pool.
No lifeguard on duty, all children must be accompanied by an adult. And persons who cannot swim please have someone who
can accompany you.
There is also a pool bar that serves snacks, we kindly ask you not to eat inside of the pool, tables and chairs are provided
on the same deck as the pool bar.
8. All of our beds are designed high (as our signature comfort)please let front desk know if you would need a mattress removed, if it is
difficult for you to get in your bed. A stepping stool is also available upon request, most rooms have them already.
