Property and Cancelation Policies :

Reservations are FULLY refundable if canceled 14 or more days before the day of the reservation. If you cancel within 14 days of the reservation, we will relist the room at the cancellation rate ($100 off the room rate for that day),. If the room resells, you will be refunded the discounted amount we sold the room for (including taxes and fees)
Reservations canceled within 72 hours of stay are completely non- refundable.

**Reservations “may” have the ability to be moved or changed if requested 30 days in advance and there is availability for the date requested.**
