PET POLICY- We understand that pets are an important part of the family, which is why we are happy to welcome your faithful companion. We ask that they be under 40 lbs. Please note there is an additional charge of $100 with a maximum of two pets per room. Guests must contact Gulf Hills to reserve a pet friendly accommodation.
All rooms and suites are non-smoking.
A cleaning fee of $450 is applicable if any evidence of smoking inside is discovered upon check-out.
ROOMS: Each room has an exterior entrance. We have rooms located on the first and second stories, but please note that Gulf Hills does NOT have an elevator onsite. ADA-compliant rooms are available upon request.
PARKING: Complimentary self-parking is located in the front of the building.
