We are a newly renovated serviced studios in one building situated on a green, leafy, peaceful and vibrant part of Korean Town, Phu My Hung Urban, southern HCMC. Our studios (28-30m2) are filled with natural light with private balconies, Electrolux washer/drier and full kitchen with basic cookware/tableware and condiments for your cooking needs in each and every room.
Excellent and comfortable for both short/long stay, business or travelers.
There are windows installed in all bathrooms (with curtains of course) so its always bright and airy.
All rooms will be cleaned two to three times a week with bed linens changed once a week.
We provide dish wash liquid, and detergent for washing machine, just ask at reception.
For long stay (28 days or more) we provide a big water bottle (19 L). Additional water bottles can be purchased at reception.
- Famous Beef Noodles Soup (Bun Bo Hue) serves all day til late is a few steps away. Small convenience store is opposite and on the other side of the road (5 mins walk) there are various stores and some open 24/7.
- 7 mins walk to Sky Garden Residential and the centre of K town that offers everything Korean possible.
- Various restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets, two of the biggest malls (Vivo City, Crescent Mall) equip with (again) shops, restaurants, pubs and big screens cinema that open till late are all within walking distance.
- 5 mins to FV Hospital, Tam Duc Heart Hospital, Gia Khang International Hospital and various health clinics.
- 5 mins to Saigon Exhibition & Convention Centre (SECC) and Phu My Hung Tower

- About 40 mins to 60 mins to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (again, depends on traffic)
- Phu My Hung is located on the South side of HCMC, its very easy and straight-forward to reach to beaches (Ho Tram, Vung Tau, Phan Thiet, Mui Ne....) or to Cambodia, Mekong Delta....
Grab (similar to Uber) and taxis are easy to get.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Reservations are fully refundable 03 (three) day prior to check-in. That means no later than 3PM three day before check-in day.
- Reservations canceled on the same day prior to check-in (before 12PM) will be credited towards a future stay of equal or lesser value.
- Cancellations received after 12PM of the check in day will not be refunded or credited.
