Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Partial Charge - Equivalent to the First Night Stay for each bed/room booked on the reservation - If cancelled within 1 day of the arrival date FREE CANCELLATION CUT-OFF TIME Free cancellation is possible until latest 14:00 local time (GMT+8) the day before the check-in date. Any cancellations or amendments made after 14:00 local time (GMT+8) 1 day prior to the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the first (1st) nights stay for each bed or room booked under the reservation.
This will be charged to the guests credit card used to guarantee the reservation. NO-SHOWS & EARLY CHECK-OUTS NO SHOWS will be charged one nights accommodation rate for each bed/room to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Early Check-outs will be charged one nights accommodation rate for each bed/room to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation if the new check-out day falls within 24 hours of the day the request is made.
CANCELLATIONS / AMENDMENTS Should it be necessary to cancel or amend your reservation, to avoid a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation please contact us latest by 14:00 local time (GMT+8) the day before arrival (24h).
