Please read our Terms and Conditions: We here at the Heartland Hotel are very pet friendly. We allow up to 2 dogs per room. We do expect our guests to be responsible for picking up after their pet. We do supply doggie bags and a garbage located in the yard. We do charge $25.00 per pet at the end of your stay if you didn't add your pet when booking your room. Your pet cannot be left in your room while you are away. Barking and howling from lonely sad pups disturbs our other guests. Please take your pets with you. Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. If a guest is a no-show...no refund will be issued for any reason. We would like to think that our guests treat their room as if they were at their own home. Since this isn't always the case we reserve the right to charge an "excessive cleaning fee" of $50.00 and up to $250.00 to any guest room that we feel is above and beyond our normal cleaning procedures. This will include but not limited to ...stained, torn, damaged linens, broken and/or damaged items belonging. to the Heartland Hotel, excessive pet fur and/or smell from pets, smoking, or vaping.
By you as the guest renting, or purchasing a room at the Heartland Hotel you fully agree to these terms and conditions.
