Terms and Conditions
• Only registered guests are permitted. Any additional visiting guest must be requested to the Resident Manager minimum 6 hours in advance and access will be at the Resident Manager's discretion. Registered guests will have to ensure visiting guests abide to “Azuri Residences & Villas Art de Vivre” rules and registered guests will be held responsible for any shortcomings resulting in visiting guests behaviour within the complex. No overnight visitors are permitted.
• Make good any damage caused to the premises, including agreeing to pay for breakages of glasses and any excessive cleaning or loss of keys.
Bookings for Azuri Residences &Villas require a damage deposit of MUR Rs10,000 per unit. This amountis fully refundable providing the property is left clean and tidy (includingdishwashing), that there have been no breakages, extra cleaning required, orany extra people found to be staying at the property.
