Suites Lumbreras is an apartment complex in the centre of Seville. The flats are located on the ground floor of the building and are totally independent. They have amenities such as direct entrance from the street, living-dining room with 43" flat screen TV, 140x200 sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchenware. The sleeping area has a double bed. The flat has bed linen, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, high speed wifi, hot/cold air conditioning, iron and ironing board.
The flats are located in the area of Alameda de Hercules, an area with many bars, restaurants, cafes, pubs and entertainment venues. A few metres from the Guadalquivir river you can enjoy a very pleasant walk along its banks or, if you prefer, a boat trip. Immersed in the old town, you can visit on foot the main monuments of the city that are just 20 minutes from the accommodation such as the Cathedral of Seville, the Giralda, the Barrio Santa Cruz, the Torre del Oro, the Triana bridge, etc, as well as you can visit the amusement park Isla Magica which is located in the Cartuja, just 10 minutes walk away.

RESERVATION POLICY:
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it is no longer guaranteed and the flat may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within 14 days prior to the arrival date of your reservation. Suites Lumbreras has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the deposit in advance. In case of cancellation, we will send a cancellation confirmation by email immediately after cancelling your booking.
SUITES LUMBRERAS HOUSE RULES:
1. The flat is intended for tourist rental. It is part of a community of neighbours whose rules the tenants agree to respect.
2. This flat is intended only for accommodation, so it is forbidden to hold or organise parties in it.
3. No more people can stay in the flat than those specified in its rules (4 people). The tenants commit themselves to maintain an appropriate behaviour to live in good relations with the neighbours, not to make any noise that could disturb the neighbours.
4. Pets or animals are allowed, under consultation or request and supplement of 35€.
5. Smoking is not allowed in the flat.
6. Keep the flat clean.
7. Make good use of the facilities, equipment and utensils of the flat and of the community; if there is any breakage or damage, you will be responsible for the damage caused.
8. When you leave the flat, you must leave the kitchen and the utensils you have used clean and tidy, and the rubbish thrown away.
9. Take care of the set of keys that we have given you.
10. If you make use of the wifi connection, you must know that the actions carried out during your stay in the flat are your sole responsibility.
INTERNAL RULES:
1. Use of the accommodation: The client is responsible for making the correct declaration of the number of persons to occupy the flat, without omitting children. The administration of the flats can legally refuse entry to those persons not declared. If you make use of the wifi connection, you should be aware that the actions carried out during your stay in the flat are your sole responsibility.
2. Behaviour: The client and his companions must behave in a civil manner and respect the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and which provokes well-founded complaints from neighbours, will be grounds for the accommodation to be vacated immediately.
The hours of rest are from 22.00 to 10.00 on weekdays and from 00.00 to 10.00 on public holidays, being strictly forbidden, during these periods, any type of activity that disturbs in any way the rest.
3. Damages: The client is obliged to take care of the furnished flat, being responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in it. Suites Lumbreras is not responsible for the personal belongings of the client or accompanying persons.
4. Check-in and Check-out; The check-in time for the flats will be from 15.00 h. on the day of arrival, and the rooms must be vacated before 11.00 h. on the day of departure.
5. Vacating the flats: Failure by clients to comply with any of the prohibitions established in these regulations will entitle the Company to terminate the contract. The owner of the establishment may request the assistance of the agents of the authority to evict users who do not comply with the internal regulations or who attempt to access or remain in the apartments for any purpose other than the normal use of the service, in accordance with the provisions of article 32.2 of the Law on Tourism.
6. Prohibitions: It is forbidden for clients to: a) Introduce furniture into the accommodation or carry out works or repairs in the same, however small these may be, without written authorisation from the Company. b) Accommodate a greater number of people than those corresponding to the maximum capacity set for the accommodation. c) Carry out the activity of lodging in the accommodation or use it for purposes other than those for which it has been contracted. d) Introducing explosive or inflammable materials or substances or others that may cause damage or discomfort to the other occupants of the property. e) Carrying out any activity that goes against the usual rules of coexistence or the normal operating regime. f) It is forbidden to use, without authorisation, appliances that significantly alter the consumption foreseen in the supplies. g) It is forbidden to organise parties. h) Since the entry of the new law, smoking in the flats is forbidden.
7. Obligations of the users of Tourist Apartments: a) To observe the rules of safety, coexistence and hygiene and to comply with the rules set out in the internal regulations. b) To respect the establishment, the equipment and its installations. c) In relation to the payment of the price, this must be made by the client at the time of occupancy of the flats.
8. Cleanliness of the flat: The flat will be delivered clean and tidy. The client undertakes to respect the order and cleanliness of the flat and to hand it over in the same conditions as it was handed over.
9. The instruction manuals for the electrical appliances are located in the central drawer of the TV cabinet.
Reservations must be paid in advance by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards (prepaid type) or bank transfer. Your credit or debit card will be charged 14 days prior to arrival for the total amount of the room and taxes.
