Terms and Conditions
SUMMARY:
- Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., in case your arrival time is later than that, please advise in order to let our front desk know and be ready for you.
- Check-out will be performed at 11:00 a.m. with a tolerance of 15 minutes, in case you leave the property later, an extra night will be charged. Guests can leave their belongings at the Front Desk in case their departure is after check-out time, no extra charge will be held.
- Smoking is NOT allowed in any area of the hotel, indoor and outdoor
- Visitors must be notified at front desk and registered and will be allowed at discretion of the hotel representative. Visitors must leave the property no later than 8:00 p.m. in order to maintain guests’ privacy.
- During check-out, the hotel personnel are empowered to verify the room and hotel property. Corresponding surcharges must be charged in case of damage or misplaced items.
- The hotel or its personnel will not be responsible for valuable personal items not previously notified to the hotel’s manager in charge at the check-in.
- The hotel is not responsible for partial or total loss of property at the parking lot.
- NO pets are allowed at the property.
