Property and Cancelation Policies :
- A 50% deposit of the stay is required to confirm and guarantee the reservation. The remaining amount will be paid by the guest upon check-in at the accommodation.
- Deposits corresponding to refundable rate reservations are not refundable in the event of cancellations that have not been communicated via email *, at least 48 hours in advance of the expected arrival date and time. Stork Apartment will notify you of receipt and confirmation.
- Reservations made on a non-refundable rate basis, are charged in full in the first week after making the reservation and without the right to return.
-Cancellations and modifications will be accepted only in writing via email *. Stork Apartment will notify you of receipt. Cancellation terms also apply to changes.
-In case of "no show", the total amount of the deposit will not be entitled to a refund.
We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may cause your booking to be canceled. Stork Hostel will gladly assist you with the necessary documentation as proof of cancellation for that purpose.

Overbookings
-For confirmed reservations according to the booking confirmation policy, rooms and beds will be kept for the guest until check in or late check-in time, depending on prior notice and a maximum tolerance of 2 hours. If any guest arrives 2 hours after the booked time, their entry will be accepted, losing the previous right to the reservation (if there is no notice as mentioned).
-If the guest arrives and the apartment is occupied by an eventual overbooking (the Property has not been able to contact the customer), the guest will be entitled to return the deposited money and transport to another establishment with similar characteristics.

- Check-in time at the accommodation: from 16.00 - please notify the reception in advance if you arrive between 20.00 and 16.00.
- Room departure time: until 11.00 am.
-The use of the apartment's spaces and structures before the arrival time or after the departure time will only be possible if there is availability, and there may be additional costs.
-All guests have the duty to: Make proper use of the facilities, furniture and contracted clothing; Maintain a morally sound attitude, respect the internal regulations of the accommodations, as well as respect the terms set out in this contract and the local laws regarding night noise.
-If there is damage to the accommodation - Breakage of objects, damages and others by the guest, he will be responsible for paying a fee corresponding to the value of his replacement.
-The Property will not be responsible, in any way, for loss of belongings or money left on the premises.
