Terms and Conditions
NO SMOKING We are committed to providing a smoke-free environment in all indoor hotel premises. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor premises. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, incense, scented oils and candles, etc. If you do wish to smoke, we ask you to do so outdoors and away from any open doors. If evidence of smoking in room occurs a smoking fee of $150 will be charged to any guest who violates the indoor smoking policy.
CHECK-OUT 11AM If you check out beyond the stipulated time of your stay at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge you one (1) additional night’s stay at the then prevailing room rate and/or remove your belongings into luggage storage (luggage storage charged may apply) and deny you further access into the room. Hotel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage as a result of action(s) taken. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy, early check outs must adhere to this policy.
FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
For-profit photography and filming on the hotel grounds are prohibited except as arranged and agreed to by management. (This restriction does not apply to professional wedding and event photographers hired for the occasion.)
WEEKLY RATE POLICY: Weekly rates are non-refundable and apply to a minimum stay of 7 nights or more. The rate is due upon arrival, and early checkouts are nonrefundable. The weekly rate applies to standard queen sized rooms only, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
LIABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. The customer is liable for all damages to property of the hotel caused by negligence, pets, improper use, or otherwise deemed appropriate by hotel management. The credit/debit and/or cash deposit on file can be used to cover any items due to loss or damages, or where hotel fees apply, In addition, hotel guests are held liable for triggering smoke/fire alarms at the fire department (for example by smoking in guest rooms). All costs incurred shall be borne by the customer. We do not permit outside alcohol in hotel public areas alcohol purchased from Enzo’s may be consumed in public areas and in room. The Glen Tavern Inn is not held liable for any damage, loss or theft regarding vehicles parked on property, or for any damage, loss, theft, or left behind items. Items lost or left behind will be held onto for a maximum of 3 days; jewelry and other high value items may be held longer at management’s discretion. We do not save personal hygiene supplies for any time after checkout. The Glen Tavern Inn management reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $50 for rooms with excessive wear, stains, special laundry or carpet treatments, etc. Glen Tavern Management also reserves the right to perform wellness checks by entering a room at any time if the safety of a guest is in question or unresponsive, smoking is suspected, or property damage is suspected.
PETS All pets must be leashed at all times in public spaces. A $50 pet fee will be charged upon check in with a maximum of 2 pets per room. Dogs are allowed, other pets please talk to hotel management before arrival. Pet friendly room requests are advised to be made prior to your arrival (online customers must notate on booking, or call us directly). Bookings cancelled due to unexpected pets, will fall under cancellation policy of full price of the first night's stay. The pet fee does not apply to service animals. Pets may not be left unattended in rooms, hotel may perform wellness checks on animals thought to be left alone in room. In the event extra servicing to the room or public areas is required as a result of your pet, a $50 minimum cleaning fee will be applied. Pets are not allowed in food and beverage areas of the hotel. The Glen Tavern Inn is not held liable for the behavior of guests pets. Any consequences, injuries, damages borne by pets to hotel property, personnel or guests, will be the liability of pets owner. Soiled linen due to pets will be charged at the then prevailing linen fee. The Glen Tavern Inn reserves the right to end service to pets creating a noise/behavioral/unattended issue, up to forced checkout. Our designated space for dogs to use the restroom is the lawn in front of our gazebo area. You must clean up after your own pet.
