Full Charge - Full Deposit - If canceled within 60 days of arrival
Terms and Conditions
Prices and Taxes: All nights have a 13% tax fee charged by the government.
Payment: a 30% initial deposit is required to save the dates. The remaining 70% is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. If a reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to the check in date there will be a full refund of the deposit (minus transaction fees) will be issued. If a reservation is cancelled 59 days or less to check in, a the deposit will be retained. If the hotel can book the room again, for the same amount of nights and total, a refund may become available for the client. This will be a case by case scenario.
Traveling with minors: Please note there is no railing around our pool. Railing on the top floors is quite open.
Parking: parking is free and its on a first come first serve service.
FORCE MAJEURE: If whole or any part of the leased premises shall be destroyed or damaged by fire, flood, lightning, typhoon, earthquake, storm, riot or any other unforeseen disabling cause of acts of God, as to render the leased premises during the term substantially unfit for use and occupation of the LESSEE, then this Agreement may be terminated without compensation by the OWNER or by the LESSEE by notice in writing to the other.
