Starting April 14, 2024 there will not be a front desk between the hours of 12 AM - 6AM. If you are checking in during that time, you will be given instructions on how to locate your room keys.

As we are a pet-friendly resort, feel free to bring your furry companions. However, be aware that there is a $30 fee per night. Also, we prefer your traveling companions not be left in a guest room unattended, if pets are left in the room they must be kenneled (crated) and you must leave a contact number with the front desk so you can be reached if there is a disturbance.

Please take note of the following guidelines and tips for traveling to the beautiful Brian Head area:
Please note that Highway 148 through Cedar Breaks National Monument is closed from November through May due to weather conditions. Highway 143 between Panguitch Lake and Brian Head frequently closes during winter. Your ability to travel to and from Brian Head may be impacted during these times. Please prepare if you are traveling from Duck Creek Village to Brian Head Resort you may need to go through Cedar City and up the Parowan Canyon if Highway 143 or Forest Road 50 is closed. Brian Head Town requires all vehicles to carry chains or have traction tires from November through May. 4WD and chains are recommended. Brian Head has a base elevation of 9’600 feet. Guests that are not acclimated to a higher altitude, please be aware of the possibility of altitude sickness. Guests with pre-existing health conditions should seek the advice of their doctor or a medical professional before traveling to Brian Head.

The Brian Head Lodge cancellation policy is as follows:
- The policy applies to any reservation for any future arrival date.
- The policy applies to hotels in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean.
- Guests may cancel at any time, as long as cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before arrival for non-holiday reservations. A 72-hour notice is required for holiday reservations.
- Hotels will waive all fees associated with the cancellation of the booking.
- Applies to all booking channels.
- A more restrictive cancellation policy may apply to a limited number of high-demand dates at individual hotels.

Prices and Taxes
Pricing can change at any time, book now to lock in your rate. The tax rate for hotels in Brian Head is 15.17%. The $10 resort fee is per night. We do have pet-friendly rooms available, the pet fee is $30 per night per pet.
Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out
