Cancellation Policy : If the guest cancels more than 60 days in advance the total deposit will be refunded . If the guest cancels 31 to 60 days prior he will receive 50 % of his deposit back. Terms and Conditions
Check Out : Check out time is 11 AM . Late Check out could be arranged for a fee subject to Management’s authorization. The Shorebird reserves the right to make charges for any damages or extra cleaning if the accommodations are not left in a satisfactory manner.(this includes third party guests) . A ten dollar charge will be added if the keys are not returned (leaving them in room is satisfactory )
Check In : Check in is after 3 PM local time , unless pre-arranged with management. The balance of the amount payable is due upon check in. The door keys will be given once full payment is settled.
Reservation Policy : The Shorebird Inn has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the pre-payment deposit. A room or cabin reservation must include the first and last name of all the adult guests who will be occupying the accommodations.

Smoking Policy : Smoking is NOT allowed in the premises. Any sign or evidence will result in a $250 charge to your credit card. Immediate termination is possible
Noise policy : The Village Bylaw is Quiet time is between 11 Pm and 7 Am . This includes the hotel and campground. If we feel you are being too loud then the Shorebird reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately and you will asked to vacate the property immediately .
Each accommodation is designated with a capacity , only registered guests are allowed to visit.
