Terms and Conditions
This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. All rates are single, double or multiple occupancy based on room size. There is a charge of $25 for additional adults & children age 3 and older. All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Pets are permitted for a $25 fee each. There is a $250 charge for non-compliance and or damage due to the pet policy. Check-in is 1:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Office hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Arrangements will be made for late check-ins.
Payment Policy
The Mollyockett Motel requires payment in full upon reservation. Maine State Lodging tax of 9% will be added to all room rates. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express using Square Terminal Technology.
Motel Facilities and Services
The motel provides basic amenities, including bed linens, towels, toiletries, and daily housekeeping.
Additional services, such as laundry, room service, or transportation, may be available at an extra cost.The motel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should exercise caution when using motel facilities.

Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is canceled within 48 hours of arrival, you will be responsible for 100% of your stay. No refunds for early departures. No-shows are charged the entire cost of the reservation.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. By making a reservation and checking in, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
