Reca Resort Policies:
*Reservation and Arrival*
-Guests are encouraged to arrive at Reca Resort by 3:00 PM. Rooms are available for check-in from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is at 12:00 noon.
-Security Deposit Notice: For villas accommodating 4 guests or more, a refundable ₱3,000 security deposit in cash is required upon check-in at the reception. This is standard procedure and will be returned to you in full upon check-out, barring any damages or outstanding charges. Your peace of mind is our utmost priority.
-Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
-Guests Extra Person ( P2,000 for the declared extra person during booking while P3,000 for the undeclared extra person).
*Child Rate Policy*
-Children below 3 feet in height are eligible for complimentary accommodation.
-Guests must declare or inform us before their arrival if they are bringing children who are 3 feet and above. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 3000 pesos per night, per child.
-Children between 3 feet and 4 feet in height will receive a 50% discount on accommodation rates.
-Children above 4 feet in height will be considered as additional guests and subject to standard extra person charges of 2000 pesos per night per child.
-A visitor fee of 1,000 pesos per person until 9:00 PM. Any visitors remaining on the premises after 9:00 PM will be considered as extra persons and will incur a charge of 2,000 pesos. (Maximum of 2 visitors only).
*Payment*
-Guaranteed reservations are required, and full payment must be made at the time of booking.
*Cashless Transaction Policy*

-Reca Resort now implementing cashless transaction to ensure efficiency, transparency, and security financial operation.
-Cash Payment subject for additional 10% service charge.

*Senior and PWD Discount*
-Senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWD) receive a 20% discount is applicable for Cafe & Restaurant Only. Proper identification must be presented to avail of the discount.
*Non-Refundable Policy*
-Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is received, it becomes non-refundable and cannot be canceled. This policy applies to the entire duration of the stay, including early departures.
*Rebooking Policy*
-Rebooking is permitted only for natural calamities, lockdowns, or catastrophes.
-For personal reasons, rebooking requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to a rebooking fee of 30% of the total rate. Rebooking within 6 days or less notice incurs a fee of 50% of the total rate, and rebooking is only permitted on weekdays.
*Corkage Fees for Food and Beverages*
-Local Liquor: ₱500
-Imported Liquor: ₱1,000
-Red Horse Beer: ₱50 per bottle
-SML/SMP/SMA Beer: ₱50 per bottle
-Chips: ₱50 per piece
-Food: ₱1,000
-Grab/Food Panda Deliveries: ₱1,000
*Smoking Policy*
-At Reca Resort, we maintain a smoke-free environment within all rooms and enclosed spaces. Smoking is strictly prohibited in these areas. However, to accommodate our guests who smoke, we have designated a specific smoking area on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to our smoking policy to ensure the comfort and well-being of all our guests.
-A fine of 5000 pesos will be imposed for any violation.
*Cleanliness Standards*
-Guest are expected to maintain a reasonable level of cleanliness in their cabins or villa accommodation throughout their stay. This include proper disposal of waste, avoid excessive spills or mess. Excessive dirt declared upon Check-out by the company Housekeeping Supervisor is 5,000.
*Pool Policy*
-No Lifeguard on Duty: Please be advised that our pool does not have a lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.
-Proper Swimming Attire: To ensure a hygienic and safe swimming environment, proper swimming attire is required for all guests using the pool area. This includes appropriate swimwear designed for swimming activities.
-Supervision for Children: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in the pool area.
-Diving and Running Prohibited: Running, diving, or any other hazardous behavior in and around the pool area is strictly prohibited to prevent accidents and injuries.
-Respectful Behavior: Please be considerate of other guests by refraining from excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activities that may disturb the peaceful atmosphere of the pool area.
-No Glass Containers: For safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted in the pool area. Please use plastic or other non-breakable containers for beverages and snacks.
-Cleanliness: Help us maintain a clean and enjoyable pool environment by disposing of trash in designated receptacles and reporting any spills or debris to pool staff promptly.
-Copper Technology: Our pool is equipped with state-of-the-art copper technology, known for its health benefits. This innovative technology aids in killing viruses and bacteria, contributing to a cleaner and safer swimming environment.

*Pet Policy*
-Reca Resort welcomes responsible pet owners.
-Only two (2) pets is allowed in cabins/villas.
-Pet Fee will be charged P1,000 per night upon reservation while undeclared pets will be charge P2,000 per pet.
-Pets are not allowed to swim, a charge of P5,000 penalty to violators.
-Pets should be fully house-trained and non-destructive. Please avoid pet disturbances to other animals freely roaming around Reca Resort.
-Any fouling in bedrooms, public areas, and grounds must be cleaned immediately and sanitized. Failure to do so will result in a penalty.
-Damage to mattresses and linen, including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, carpet, screen doors, lampshades, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the pet, etc., will result in a charge for the special cleaning, repair, or replacement of the damaged article. The minimum cost of Php 2,000 to Php 50,000.
*Damages and Losses*
-Loss or damage of key is chargeable, P1,000 for Cabins keys and P3,000 for Villa keys.
-Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing, and equipment, including removing electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc., will be charged at 100% of the total and new replacement value plus shipping and handling charges.
*Noise and Disturbance*
-Relaxation is our top priority to each guest, loud noise and music is strictly not allowed. Any kind of Speakers are not allowed. Failure not to comply will lead to a charge of P5,000 and leave the property with no refund.
*Liability Disclaimer*
-Reca Resort is not liable and responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal property, death. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.
*Privacy Policy*
-The resort respects guests' privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties unless required by law.
*Changes to Policies*
-Reca Resort reserves the right to change or update policies as necessary, with guests notified of any significant changes.
*Guest Responsibility*
Understanding the Policy: Guests are responsible for comprehending and adhering to our no-cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Disputes and Chargebacks: Any disputes related to this policy will be governed by the outlined terms and conditions.
*STRICTLY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS WILL BE ALLOWED: Reca Cafe and Restaurant Available on Site.
*Agreement*
By making a reservation with Reca Resort, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with all policies.
