Welcome!
Our houses are places for creative, open-minded travelers to meet other visionary souls, find a slice of inspiration, and enjoy beautiful Savannah.Reservations at The Isetta Inn, Savannah, Georgia must be secured with a credit or debit card.
-Payment is taken at time of booking.
-Our cancelation policy: Full refund for cancellation only if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
-Check-in time is after 3PM everyday. You will receive a text message with the check in information in the morning on your arrival date, which include a YouTube video from us with all the instructions that you need to settle in. You are welcome to drop your luggage at the front desk area before the check-in time. Please understand that your room won't be ready for you until 3pm.
-Check-out time is 11AM. Late check-out is usually not available due to cleaning schedules. Feel free to leave your luggage in the lobby by the front desk if you need to. Same goes if you're at the beach and need to swing by for a shower later on before traveling. Nobody wants to be sticky and salty on the ride home.
-Good Kids are always welcome, but must always be under supervision. This place is not very kid friendly, and probably has a lot of hazards that could be dangerous for them. Not to mention lots of fagile antiques.
-No pets or dogs or cats or Llamas unless you are f-ing blind... due to the proliferation of antiques and original pieces of artwork. Also,
many people have allergies to animals and due to the shared nature of Our spaces we keep everyone’s safety in mind.
-For everyone’s safety, we only allow registered guests on the property. No more than two guests allowed per room. Parties and unauthorized guests are not permitted. This is for the safety of everyone.
Quiet time is from 11:00pm to 7:00am, this is to ensure everyone gets a good night's rest.
-Be mindful of the historic building, antiques, and other items. We reserve the right to charge for any damaged, stolen, or missing items.
-Free Parking is on-street and is readily available. There are no parking meters, so parking is free! Please Do not park in front of the garages, the neighbor’s gate or driveways and please follow basic parking rules. Pay attention to the street sweeping signs to avoid a ticket.
-Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the Inn. Smokers are welcome and the driveway is probably the best place to do it.
-All rooms are inventoried and checked before and after stay.
-If there is anything you find broken or needs replacing (soap, TP, film), please let us know ASAP.
- If you've rented to do a professional photo shoot please let us know first.
By Booking you agree and understand that The Isetta Inn and its sister properties are Historic buildings and do not comply with modern building and safety standards. By Booking you agree that you are in good health and looking out for the good of others. All houses contain stairs, no elevators, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Additional fee examples: (We know things happen, just let us know beforehand, it sucks finding out after the fact)
- Smoking fee - $200
- Vomit fee - $100 (in the toilet - free)
- Sheet replacement- $60 ea. (Sometimes we can’t get it out)
- Towel replacement- $10 ea.
- Mailing fee of the guest's belongings - $35 flat rate.
