The hotel management take no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or loss of any valuables of any kind. Smoking in the hotel and guest rooms is not permitted, except in the designated smoking areas. Smoking in a non-smoking guest room will result in an additional charge of 500 GEL on your final bill. I guarantee the compensation for any damage caused to the hotel property. I understand and agree that I am personally liable for the amount listed on my hotel bill. For personal Identification I authorize Hotel to take a copy of my passport or ID/card which will be attached and kept with this registration card. All the personal information kept by the hotel shall be available only to the corresponding departments.
