The Hotel Carvalho Araújo, located in the Peneda Gerês National Park, was recently renovated with an ecological concept and environmental sustainability, with a strong component of communicating the natural values of the only National Park in the country.
The common spaces and rooms are decorated in a thematic way, with colors and elements that convey the values of the National Park: Hydrology, Geology, Flora and Fauna. The renovation of the hotel also involved improving energy efficiency, investing in renewable energies and eliminating diesel and investing in the comfort of the rooms, namely in terms of acoustics.
The Hotel has 20 rooms with balcony and views of the mountains, equipped with private bathroom, cable TV and air conditioning. You can relax in the living rooms with fireplace and bar, meeting room, equipped with audiovisual equipment, and enjoy a refreshing drink or even breakfast in the garden or terrace. We also have a large dining room overlooking the mountains, free internet signal and free private garage.
