A TRUE MOUNTAIN ESCAPE

The Wyman Hotel is a wonderful and modern contrast to Silverton, Colorado's rugged mountains and Wild West charm. Located on Silverton's main street, the 1902 landmark building has been reimagined with the comforts and amenities of an urban boutique hotel and is a welcoming, thoughtfully appointed space, perfect for artists, creatives, and adventurers.

Here in Silverton, we’re lucky enough to enjoy nighttime temperatures in the 40s-50s all summer long. That said, we do not have air conditioning in our rooms, but do have large and operable windows and in-room fans. We have intentionally left televisions out of our room design. We hope you take time in Silverton to step away from the world and enjoy the physical and mental remoteness of our mountain town. The majority of our rooms are on the second floor, and our historic building does not have an elevator. If you require a first floor room, please make sure to reserve a first floor room or call us at 970.799.4952 and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Payment:

All reservations will be charged in full one week before the day of arrival.

Cancellation Window:

Reservations may be canceled up to the day before arrival.
Cancellations made on the day of arrival are not eligible for any refund or credit, regardless of the reason.

Refund and Credit Options:

Cancellations made after you have been charged and prior to the day of arrival are eligible for:

either a 50% refund, or
a 100% credit for use within one year of the original stay date.

This cancellation policy applies to cancellations for any reason, including flight delays or cancellations, road closures, inclement weather, sickness, or other medical emergencies, or any other reason outside of The Wyman Hotel’s control.

Our policy for major holidays and event weekends is a two-night minimum stay.

PROMOTIONAL CODE

If using a promotional code you will be charged in full at the time of booking. Reservations dates may be changed. No refunds or credits for cancellations.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check-in time is 3pm. You are welcome to arrive early to leave your bags, but your room may not be available until 3pm.
Check-out time - 11am. Late check-out is available for fee of $20/hour until 3pm. After 3pm 100% of the room rate will be charged.

PAYMENTS AT CHECKOUT

All outstanding balances and tabs are settled at checkout. We accept credit cards or cash only. When you book online with us, our system keeps your card on file to cover any room charges or damages. Missing items, excessive soiling, or damage to furniture, linens, carpets, and other property will be assessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. We will always try to be transparent in our communication about damage to rooms.

PROPERTY RULES

No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property, including the courtyard. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in a $175 cleaning and smoke damage charge. No pets. We wish we could, but we can’t. Children are welcome at The Wyman Hotel, provided we are advised of your intended occupancy at the time of reservation and your children are properly supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 6:30am. During this time, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we will then ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen property.

TECHNOLOGY

Our Wi-Fi is complimentary to all guests and is fully accessible throughout the property.

TESLA CHARGING STATIONS

We are happy to offer four Tesla Universal Charging Stations, available 24/7/365 to guests and non-guests alike. These charging stations include integrated J1772 adapters to conveniently charge any electric vehicle. Please keep in mind that if you are planning to charge an EV that is not a Tesla, you will still need the Tesla app and account in order to pay for charging at these stations. Each of these chargers provides up to 44 MI of range added per hour at 11.5 KW / 48 AMP output.

WEATHER AND ALTITUDE

Silverton is located at 9,318 feet above sea level. We find the best way to enjoy the high altitude is to remain hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Our high alpine climate tends to fluctuate significantly day-to-day, so be sure to bring appropriate clothing with you. No matter when you are visiting, it is a good idea to bring plenty of warm layers and a rain/snow-proof shell and waterproof boots.
