Property and Cancelation Policies :

Guest can cancel free of charge up until 3 days before arrival. All bookings are automatically charged the full amount of stay 2 days before arrival.
No prepayment is needed.

Terms and Conditions

Absolutely NO alcohol is permitted on the property (Including inside rooms) unless purchased from our bar if alcohol is found we will ask you to vacant the premises.

Check-in is available from 2pm. Guests must check-out by 10am on their day of departure. Luggage storage is available.

Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have sole occupancy of the room.

Accommodation must be paid in full at or prior to check-in.

48 hour cancellation policy: All bookings cancelled at least 48 hours prior to check-in will not be charged. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee of the full to the cost of the booking.

If you have made a reservation for more than one person in a dormitory room, we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated beds in the same room. Please ensure that you make a request at time of your booking and we will do our very best to accommodate your group in one room.

All guests are required to present valid photo identification upon checking-in. Freedom Hostels will only accept a valid Passport or Australian Drivers Licence. Guests without valid photo ID will not be permitted to check-in

Noise; We ask that you respect other guests by limiting the amount of noise after 10.00pm.

Room Keys are to be shown to gain access to hostel after 10pm. Strictly no visitors are permitted after this time. Loss of room key incurs an AU$20.00 charge.

No animals are allowed in the property with the exception of guide dogs. Management reserves all rights to refuse accommodation
