Late Check-out Fees: $50.00
Late check-out (after 10:00 AM and before 12:00 PM) may result in a fee.
Property and Cancelation Policies :
- With more than 60 days prior to arrival date a 50% payment is required to confirm the booking, the other 50% will be required 60 days prior to arrival date.
- 60 days or less prior the arrival date, 100% payment will be required to confirm the reservation.
- For a full refund of the deposit a cancellation must be made 60 days prior to arrival date. A penalty of 10% of the deposit will apply to any cancellations made after that time.
Terms and Conditions
- The reservation includes the rental of the villa for the days of the reservation and daily housekeeping.
- Any other additional services will be directly quoted with the villa's private concierge.
- Pets are restricted.
- Check-in any time after 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM.
- Remember to turn off the lights, tv’s and the AC’s.Leave the air conditioning remotes in a visible spot.
- Close and lock doors and windows.
- Leave the parking lot card on the table where you found it at check-in and the key door inside the key box.
- Report any damage or anything that needs repair.
- If you moved any furniture or items in the house, please return them to their original place.
