In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for 50% of the cost of reservations. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
A 60-day* cancellation notice is required on parties taking 5 rooms or more, whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special events.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special events.

The Walnut Street Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is unique and important to us. Please read through our policies below.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: Before or at 11:00 AM.
Cancellation Policies

Smoking
Absolutely no smoking inside the buildings. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available and must be used for us to maintain our good standing as a reputable inn. Guests who disregard our policy and smoke in the rooms will be charged $250 for “airing out time” plus appropriate dry cleaning charges for curtains and bed linens.
*Open flames, such as candles, are also not permitted as they are a fire hazard.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed. Guests who disregard our pet policy will be charged additional fees for cleaning and pet dander removal.
Service animals are permitted.
