The Beachfront Villas have the scenic sea view and stretch of the Siargao coastline. Garden Rooms, on the other hand, have that contemporary but discreet vibe. Each room reflects the combined modern and care-free Siargao lifestyle. With free wifi, indoor and outdoor hot and cold shower (only for Beachfront Villas & Garden Rooms), private safety deposit box, refrigeration & minibar, air conditioning, hairdryer (upon request) and complimentary toiletries (replenished daily.)

Cancellation of booking reservations received within fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
Cancellation of booking reservations from promotions/discounted rates is non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions
1. CHILD POLICY
CHILDREN AGED 0 - 4
Accommodation. The accommodation is free of charge if the kid stays with its parents in a room with no additional bed, i.e. when it sleeps in the same bed as its parents.
Breakfast is charged at P150.00 per child or depending on the order.
CHILDREN AGED 5 - 10
Accommodation. Price per child is P1,500.00. The price includes a full-size sleeping place for the child, bedding, a set of towels, breakfast and in-room supplies.
CHILDREN OVER THE AGE OF 10
In terms of prices of accommodation and meals in our guest house, persons who are over the age of 10 are considered adults.
2. We accept payments via cash, debit or credit card including international cards and QRPH. The Island has several ATM machines for you to withdraw money anytime.
3. Kindly be advised that our standard check-in time is at 2PM, and standard check-out time is at 12NN.
4. A minimum damage deposit of Php 1,000.00 (cash only) is required upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out.
5. Late check-out is not allowed unless granted with Front Office Manager. Failure to check-out 30 minutes after check-out time will be charged to additional base rate per night.
6. All guest's visitors should check-in at the resort front desk upon their arrival. It's important to know that registered guests are forbidden to allow unregistered visitors to remain in their Villas after 10 pm.

We know that you are concerned how information about you is collected, processed, used and stored, and we appreciate you trusting that we will do so with every due care and diligence. We have provided this Privacy Policy as an explanation of the information we collect, how we process and use it, and how the use of this information can benefit your experience on our web sites, products and services we provide.
