Terms and Conditions
1) Payment: If you have not prepaid your tourism services, the payment in cash or credit card must be processed on arrival before the keys are given to you.
12) Parking service is subject to availability.
13) Cleaning service is not included in your tourism package. If you require a cleaning before the check-out please keep in mind that you must request it and prepay $101.150 COP in advance for each one and we will include it in the services of your tourism package.
14) If you choose to extend your stay, please notify us within 48 hours in advance of your departure date so that we can guarantee your booking. This prevents us from having to move you to another apartment.
15) In case you lose your apartment keys, the cost of any additional key is 23.800 COP each.
❖ Privacy Notice: I authorize Loma Verde Casacol S.A.S priorly, expressly and unequivocally to treat my personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.2) Check in is after 3PM and Check Out must be before 12 noon. The late check-out is based on availability. Additional fees will be charged if you exceed the check-out time.
3) We require a reservation deposit of $300.000 COP for reservations longer than 29 days. Loma Verde will keep a copy of your credit card on file allowing us to discount up to $300.000 COP if there were damages or missing inventory at check-out. If there is an apartment inventory attached to the welcome letter you should review it immediately and notify us of any discrepancies. We understand that accidents happen and ask you to notify us if you happen to break or damage something in the apartment. You can choose to replace it yourself or us to make a charge on your damage deposit. Please notify us in any event, thank you.
4) Loma Verde is not responsible for the loss of valuable objects that have not been left in the custody of our administration or reported to reception at the time of entry. Nor, for the loss of valuable objects left outside the security box or for the loss of personal objects when the guest receives visitors in their apartment. Any object found after the guest's departure will be kept for a period of 30 days. After the period, if the object is not claimed, it will be immediately donated to a non-profit foundation.
5) Please respect the quiet hours in the building. Parties, loud music and noises that disturb the tranquility of other guests after 10PM on weekdays and 11PM on weekends is prohibited. If these rules are not abided, you may be fined up to $500.000 COP for each instance of disorderly conduct as per building regulations, this can also cause the presence of the police, energy cuts and if the conduct is repeated you can be expelled by the administration.
6) The building’s common areas must remain free of cigarette smoke.7) Parking in the building is free of charge, the hotel is not responsible for losses or damage to the vehicles.8) Sex and drugs trafficking is illegal in Colombia and any evidence of
drug abuse, prostitution, child abuse or any other behavior not related to tourism/business travel purposes will be reported by building security or other guest to authorities.Loma Verde establishment does not allow the use of the facilities for the purposes of sexual or commercial exploitation of children and adolescents. Framed in law 1336, 1236 and 1329. Therefore, the guest adheres to the legal regulations described above during their stay in the Aparta Hotel facilities.
9) Guests must register all their visitors at the front desk with their Cedula de Ciudadania, Passport, for Venezuelan citizens, they must show their ID and PPT. Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian or present a signed and notarized permit with a copy of the legal document and civil registration of the minor. Any attempt to enter a minor without their legal guardian or present a false document WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. By authorizing the entrance of visitors, the guest is responsible for their behavior, which will be subject to these terms and conditions, Coexistence Manual and The Regulation of Horizontal Property.drug abuse, prostitution, child abuse or any other behavior not related to tourism/business travel purposes will be reported by building security or other guest to authorities.Loma Verde establishment does not allow the use of the facilities for the purposes of sexual or commercial exploitation of children and adolescents. 11) There have been considerable problems with guests throwing garbage, cigarette butts, etc., out of the windows. You may be fined up to $300.000 COP as per building regulations in case of these kinds of events reported to building security/administration.12) Parking service is subject to availability.

Our policy covers you in case of theft inside or outside of the hotel, medical expenses caused by accidents or emergencies, and death. 17) Loma Verde provides a welcome kit and guest insurance included in your tourism package. Loma Verde offers additional services such as airport transfers, tours, and additional cleanings by charging an additional fee.18) The guest may not concede his rights to the apartment to another person without the authorization of Loma Verde19) Our accommodation services are exclusively offered for tourism purposes. LOMA VERDE is NOT a clinical center. Therefore we DO NOT count with special cleaning and disinfection processes or special handling of biological waste. Loma Verde SAS WILL NOT assume responsibility in case a guest has any health complications after a medical procedure that has to be treated in a health center. We strongly recommend verifying the credentials of your health supplier.
