Your stay is important to us and we want to make sure you have the very best provided to you. We also want to be able to offer what is available to other guests interested in staying here at Cragmont. We ask you let us know of any changes to your reservations as soon as possible. This not only allows us to be prepared for your arrival, but allows us to know of any availabilities that can be offered to other guests. Any reservations left as a no-show (no communication of cancellation) will be charged the cost of 1-nights stay. Thank you for your assistance and consideration.

Terms and Conditions

We are excited you have chosen to stay with us here at Cragmont, a Christian youth summer camp and retreat center. It is our prayer during your stay you will experience INSPIRATION, INSTRUCTION, and RECREATION.

About 4-7 days out from your reservation, you will receive an email with further information and details regarding your reservation including check-in procedures. Check-in is between 3 PM and 8 PM. If you will need a check-in time outside of these normal hours, please submit your request by replying to your confirmation email.

Payment for your stay can be processed either during check-in or online at http://cragmontassembly.com/wp/pay-for-your-stay-3.

If you are a part of the Cragmont Club, have not used your Club Membership this year, and choose to use it for your stay, please let us know by responding to the confirmation email or letting our staff know during check-in. If you are not a part of the Cragmont Club and would like further information, please visit https://cragmontassembly.com/wp/avenues-of-support.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an ALCOHOL FREE and PET FREE accommodation. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for any pets on the premises.
