Terms and Conditions
1. Valid Identification with photo or passport must be presented at the Front Desk upon Check-in.
2. Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00NN. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the Front Desk depending on availability. If available, late check-out allowed until 5:00PM with 50% of daily rate.
3. A cash incidental deposit of Php 1,000.00 will be required upon check-in and will be fully refunded upon check-out if not used and subject to damage inspection of the room.
4. For lost keycards/Keys, management will automatically charge P500.00 (Five hundred Pesos).
5. All Stained linens are subject for cleaning fee or replacement cost that shall be determined by the management.
6. The Management will not be liable for the valuable left or lost in the room.
7. Minors shall not be left without an adult supervision.
8. PROHIBITED ITEMS: Guests are not allowed to bring firearms and illegal drugs inside the hotel premises. Corresponding legal action shall be taken if this is violated.
9. For shortened stay, one night tariff shall be charged.
10. The hotel reserves the right institute necessary actions in case of self-checkout or failure to pay upon demand of an outstanding balance.
11. Strictly NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOTEL PREMISES as per Executive Order no. 26. Automatic charge of Php 2,500.00 of an outstanding balance.
12. All rooms are not intended for partying or small gatherings.
13. No Pets allowed.
14. Additional bed/person fee is Php 300.00 per person.
15. Children 12 years old and older considered as adult. One (1) child 11 years old under can stay for free.
