Reservation
Your reservation is guaranteed until 14 days prior to arrival.After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may bereassigned. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do notreceive the Pre-Payment Deposit. Wewill send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately aftercancelling your booking.
- We are always here! Open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
In our entire hotel smoking is not allowed. Please note that we complywith the local health and safety.
Immediate termination of the stay agreement is possible if:
- More guests stay in the property than agreed
- Excessive noise is made in the evening hours or at night
- King’s Knoll Hotel does not allow any pets in the property
Damages
During your stay, the apartment and all equipment and furniture shouldbe treated with care and kept in order. Immediate notification to our staffwill be expected of any damages or breakages in the apartment.Any costs will be deducted from the deposit immediately if this is stillpossible. Any costs will be claimed by return if they are greater than thedeposit or where the deposit has already been returned. Please note, immediatenotification after check-out of any damages to, breakages in or issues with theapartment is expected.
King’s Knoll Hotel can then take any necessary action to resolve anyissues and make sure all the equipment and facilities are working and providedas expected.
Bar
King’s Knoll Hotel has a fully licensed bar.This means, by law, we can’t allow any alcohol to be brought onto the property.To uphold this law, we require all beverages on the property be purchasedthrough the hotel, with the exception of transparent, see-through waterbottles. Guests must purchase a wide range of alcohol and soft drinks in thebar area – then, if you like, you can head back to your room to enjoy. Cheers.
Parking
By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) aredoing so on your own accord. The hotel does not take responsibility or acceptliability for damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property.And if you plan on leaving your car in our parking lot for awhile, not problem, just let us know, thanks.
