Terms and Conditions
1. Guest must contact Nest Fort BGC to confirm arrival via text, call or email. No confirmation until 2:00PM of the day of the arrival, Nest Nano Suites will cancel the booking.

3. All guests staying in the room must present valid IDs. Passport for foreigners and any valid IDs for locals.
4. Incidental deposit of PHP 1,500 should be settled in cash upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out. All outstanding balances or damages can be deducted from the incidental deposit.
5. NO SMOKING IN ALL ROOMS & ALL COMMON AREAS like hallways and lobby. Violators will be charged PHP 1,500 cleaning fee per occurrence.
6. Parking fee is PHP 300 per night and motor parking fee is PHP 150 per night. No reservation. First come, first serve policy and space is very limited.
7. No-Party policy in all our guest accommodations, refrain from causing loud noises and playing loud music after 9:00 P.M.
8. All visitors must register and leave the ID at the front desk. Violators overstaying more than 1 hour will be charged an overnight stay of PHP 600 per person, maximum of 1 visitor only per room. Visitors are only allowed to stay until 8:00 P.M.
9. Should the guest modify bookings to reduce stay days or number of rooms, it shall be charged 20% of total booking fee.
10. The hotel serves the right to charge a fee for damages and breakages:
- Stained Linen / Towel - PHP 500 (any kinds of stain)
- Key / RF Card - PHP 1,500
- Amount for other damages or losses will be determined by the management
12. The hotel is not liable for any lost valuables left in the guests rooms as governed by Article 1998 of the Civil Code of the Philippines. Safety deposit box is provided in all rooms.
13. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations of extensions. Cancellation on the same day / no show will be charged one full night.
