The Mansion at Maple Heights will authorize the credit card used to place the reservation for the total amount of the reservation to hold the reservation at the time of placement. In the event of a cancellation at any time, 50% of the total reservation is non-refundable. Guest's reservations canceled within 14 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of the total room cost of the stay.
The Mansion at Maple Heights has an onsite manager available for guest services 24 hours daily.

We will ask for a credit card to hold the reservation at the time of placement and the card will be charged the amount of the reservation. Guests reservations cancelled in 0-13 days prior to arrival date will be charged 100% of the total room cost of the stay. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration.
Parking is available on site. Although we are secure site, we ask that you do not leave valuables in your vehicle. We will not be responsible for any missing items or vehicle damage.
Room rates include single or double occupancy and include a full service breakfast, parking and high-speed internet service. A charge of $30.00 will apply to each additional guest per room, maximum 4 guest total per room permitted.
Private meeting areas are available with advance notice.

After each stay, housekeeping will do an inspection to assure that all Mansion owned items that were in the room upon check-in are still in the room at check out. An official checklist is filled out and signed by the housekeeper. In the event that Mansion owned items are missing or damaged, the last guest in the room is 100% responsible for all cost associated with the items as described below:
