The all new Lodge opening Nov 2020 features fourteen luxury lodge rooms, fourteen 1- bedroom suites and two 2-bedroom suites. All rooms have a modern elegant style blended with the rustic charm of West Virginia. All of Corduroy Inn rooms have an array of luxurious appointments including bathrooms with heated tile floors, quartz kitchenettes and stone fireplaces. The Lodge rooms include heated bathroom floors and suites have fireplaces and kitchenettes. The entire property is WIFI enabled and each room has HDTV. Property and Cancellation Policies :
Corduroy Inn & Lodge Written Cancellation Policy: For Peak Winter reservations, cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. At 14 days of your arrival date any remaining balance owed will be charged to the credit card on file. Should you cancel, change dates or downgrade your reservation, all monies received will be forfeited. Peak Winter season is defined as Friday December 17, 2021 through Sunday March 13, 2022.
For Value Season winter or summer reservations, cancellations made at least 4 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. At 4 days prior to your arrival date any remaining balance owed will be charged to the credit card on file. These reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable.
COVID 19 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made due to COVID-19 related reasons (i.e. Illness or quarantine) will be allowed to modify dates or receive a credit, valid for up to one year from the time of cancellation after meeting certain requirements.
In the event the resort closes due to COVID-19, credits or refunds will be issued in full on lodging.

Written Deposit Policy for Corduroy Inn & Lodge: The deposit due at the time of booking equals the average of a 1-night stay plus. For peak winter reservations the remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival date. For value season winter or summer reservations the remaining balance will be charged 3 days prior to your arrival date.
For Corduroy House our 5-Bedroom home, the deposit due at the time of booking equals 50% of the total cost of the lodging stay. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If you book within 30 days of arrival the full amount will be required at the time of booking.
Reserving guest must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid photo ID at check in.
Dog Friendly Rooms: We offer two Dog Friendly rooms at the Corduroy Inn. There are no Dog Friendly rooms at the Lodge. Guest must reserve a Dog Friendly room at the time of reservation. There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit per room per stay. Dogs are not permitted in the remainder of our Non-Dog Friendly units. To accommodate guests with severe allergies we must charge a deep cleaning fee of $100.00 to any guest bringing a dog into a non-Dog Friendly unit, additionally you will be required to vacate the premises to seek alternate accommodations for yourself and your Dog. There will be no refunds issued on balance of stay.
Non Smoking Property: All of our guest rooms are non-smoking. A $100.00 fee will be charged to any guest who violates the non-smoking requirement.
Prices and Taxes: All Corduroy Inn & Lodge and Corduroy House rates are subject to 6% WV State Sales Tax and 6% Pocahontas County Hotel Lodging Tax. All Corduroy Inn & Lodge rooms are subject to an additional Snowshoe Resort Fee which covers a variety of seasonal amenities on the mountain and a 2% Resort Area District Fee. For Summer operations the Fee covers lift passes to Shavers Lake, access to Split Rock Pools and Kids Rock Wall / Bungee adventure. Winter fee covers Big Top Kids activities and access to Split Rock Pools.
Payment & Terms at Check-in, Check-out: Advance reservations are paid in full prior to arrival. Walk-in reservations will require full pre-payment of stay at Check-in. Payment accepted forms accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and Debit Cards. Personal Checks accepted with Valid Drivers License or Passport for identity verification. No Out of State checks accepted. We suggest Folio Balances will be reviewed prior to Check-out. Should the maximum guest credit limit be reached an alternate method of payment will be required to settle the folio balance prior to departure.
Accessibility / Special Needs: The Corduroy Lodge offers 2 ADA Compliant units subject to availability.
Alcohol Consumption: The Corduroy Inn & Lodge requires that all alcoholic beverages purchased in Tuques Bar & Grill, Appalachia Kitchen, The Pizza Slice or Banquet / Events be dispensed only by its employees and bartenders. The Corduroy Inn’s alcoholic beverage license requires the hotel to conduct the following: request proper identification (photo identification) of any person of questionable age, refuse alcoholic beverage service if the person is either under age, or proper identification cannot be produced; and refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who, in the Corduroy Inn & Lodge's sole and exclusive judgment, appears intoxicated.
Parking: Corduroy Inn & Lodge provides parking to each guest unit for one vehicle at our outdoor surface lot and parking garage via a card accessed gate located to the north of the Inn property. Note: there is a Height Restriction for entry/access to the Lodge building - (8'-00").
Hotel Events/Quiet Enjoyment Clause: In order to provide a pleasant stay for all our guests, the Corduroy Inn & Lodge maintains a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints within the facility. Therefore, to protect the quiet enjoyment of all hotel guests, any disruptions (i.e., excessive noise, loud music, over-crowding of guestrooms, rowdy behavior, etc.,) caused by anyone associated with Guest in any location within the Corduroy Inn & Lodge will cause the offending party to be ejected from the Corduroy Inn & Lodge and the Guest will be held liable to reimburse the Corduroy Inn & Lodge for any lost revenues caused by the disruptive behavior.
