hotel, the individual villas and suites are fully independent, with private entrances
and gardens, fully equipped kitchens, decedent bedding, and modern finishes and
furnishing.

Payment - We do not accept American Express, Discover, or Diners Club. If you selected “Hotel Collect” as your payment option, you will need to pay with a Master Card or Visa. Full payment of any balance outstanding on the reservation must be made at time of check-in.
Maximum # of Guests per Suite - Only two guests per suite. Driftwood Suite is the only suite which can accommodate three guests.
Televisions – Please be aware that the individual suites/villas do not have televisions. There is high-speed internet in all suites/villas. In addition, there is a television in The Clubhouse.
Children - The minimum age for children is 14 years old.
Your Host - Your Villa Kaya Host will be onsite daily from 8:30 am-4 pm, or available by phone at 1 (473) 405-6120
Housekeeping - Enjoy Daily Maid Service (not available on weekends or public holidays). Towels will be changed every 2 days, or upon request. Laundry Service (Drop off & Pick-up) is available at an additional expense.
Breakfast - Enjoy a light Continental Breakfast in the main kitchen from 8:30 am –10 am, served daily.
The Clubhouse - The Clubhouse is open from 9:00am-10:00pm. It is available to all guests. It includes a self-service, honesty bar. Drinks are available for purchase. Please keep track of your drinks, and we will include in your final bill at the end of your stay.
Accessibility– Villa Kaya has no rooms or amenities outfitted for those with mobility challenges.
Parking– Off-street parking is available at no cost.
House Rules
- No pets or animals of any type allowed on the premises.
- Please do not move cushions, mattresses, or any furnishings between the various suites and villas.
- Do not rest items on the stovetop, with the obvious exception of pots & pans.
- No smoking anywhere on the premises.
- No excessively loud music.
- Additional guests to the premises are only allowed with prior approval from Villa Kaya management.
- Warning: No lifeguard on duty! All guests swim at your own risk.
- No running, jumping, or diving from the dock area.
- No standing on the seats & tables
- No glass (bottles or glasses) by the pool.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss of personal belongings.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay in or transit to our facilities.
- We are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
- Any excessive damage to a guest’s suite/villa/common areas, that is undeniably caused by the guest during their stay, will be charged to the guests (wine stains, burns, cuts, among others)
