Big Sur River Inn requires three (3) days notice to cancel or change any portion of your reservation. Refunds will be issued if you cancel or change any portion of your reservation at least three (3) days* prior to scheduled arrival, less a $20.00 cancellation fee.

All of our rooms are NOT pet friendly. Any guests traveling with pets will be refused check-in and will lose their deposit.

All of our rooms are NO smoking. This includes on the patio of your room. Smoking on our property may be done 20ft from any building.

No cooking, bonfires, barbeques, or hot plates allowed on property

Failure to abide by any of these policies will result in a $250.00 fee
