Property and Cancelation Policies :
- Guest cancelling 24 hours prior to 9am on the scheduled day of arrival, will not be charged cancellation fees.
- Guest cancelling within 24 hours prior to 0830am on the schedule day arrival will incur a cancelation fee of one nights accommodation for each bed booked (rate as quoted in booking) .
- Any Guests that have booked, and failed to arrived on the scheduled day of arrival will incur a charge of one night accommodation at the booked (rate as quoted in booking). The remainder of the days booked will be cancelled.
- All cancelled or failed to arrived bookings will be charged using the credit card used to make the booking.
Terms and Conditions
Banana Backpackers is a hostel catering for international backpackers with a valid international Passport that must be shown at check in.
All guest staying at Banana Backpackers must be over the age of 18 years. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay on the premises.
Reception is open from 9am - 8.30pm 7 days a week.
- All reservations payments are to be made in advanced, with payments being made by CASH ( in AUD only), EFTPOS, VISA or MASTERCARD only. Surcharges may apply to card transactions.
- Discounted rates may apply to those wishing to stay longer that 7 nights, these payments must be made in in full in advance and are non refundable if you depart early.
- All reservation payments are non refundable once paid in full.
- Group Bookings ( 4 + guest ) should be made by contacting the Banana Backpackers team on 07 34969443 or hello@bananabackpackers.com.au. Our team will endeavour to have you stay in the one room upon request however, this can not be guaranteed.
Check in time is 12pm -if you arrive earlier and your room is not ready, you may check in and leave your bag in storage and use the facilities.
- A deposit of $30 is required at check in to cover any loss of Banana Backpackers property. If all items are returned at checkout and no damages occurred, then this deposit will be refunded to you.
- Guest must pay all cost upon check in for their stay.
Check out time is 11am.
- At this time all bed linen, keys and any Banana Backpackers Property must be returned to reception to have your deposit refunded.
- Late checkout may be able to be arranged with staff upon availability. This must be requested prior to 8pm the day before departure.
- Failure to check out by 11am (with no late check out prearranged) will result in the the guest being charged a late check out fee of $30.
- Any late check out past 1pm will incur a full nights accommodation at the standard rate.
Banana Backpackers Property - Loss and Damages
- Guests will be liable for any losses of Banana Backpackers property.
- Guest will be charged for any damages to Banana Backpackers property including any call out fees that are incurred.
Banana Backpackers reserves the right to evict any guest from the premises if any of the terms and conditions or Banana Backpackers House Rules are not adhered to.
